The biker is just as much at fault as the cop is.

if a cop kills someone in hot pursuit, the person evading is guilty of murder. i remember that from law 101 lol

Well honestly if the bike rearended a truck the truck driver would have had a lot more of a chance to survive than if a police cruiser had run into him. It's all a judgement call though. The officer was endangering his own life as well..

Yep, I'll see if I can find it. It was a prince georges county officer in MD. The whole situation surrounding this and why people are upset is because he violated several department policies. He didn't call out the chase, didn't have his emergency lights or siren on, and he turned the camera off. The video camera has a built in feature where it turns back on under certain circumstances which it did and is how the last part of the wreck was caught. Gimme a sec I'll look for the original link.

The girlfriend of the person they were chasing came out and told on him. Can you believe this moron ran while he was 2 up?

One of the original posts from the accident. 2 killed and 15 injured. I'll let everyone speak their piece before I say anything about how I feel about the situation.

wow if what camaro said about the whole turning camera off ect is true, that cop should be found negligent, bcuz he knew the policies, tried to hide himself breaking them by turning off the camera and than tried to avoid a tire (lol?)... and killed 2 people. he should have been held liable...
