I doubt you will be able to move out of the dorms during your training, or have your motorcycle, but I could be wrong. I dont know how the Army works, but Id imagine they are stricter than the Air Force.

I remember how excited and giddy everyone was at the airport and on the bus going to basic, and then you pull up in front of the processing center at night and the bus just goes completely silent.. the door opens, an instructor boards, and it gets real. lol
