yea i have well over 8k in my car, probally closer to 10k. However I wouldn't take less than 6k for it. the paint isnt that bad, it needs to be buffed out a polised up a good bit. I'm thinking the bike will be easier to replace. It is one of the best looking stangs I've ever owned but not by far the highest hp one. But its low miles and has a straight body and awesome interior. At least I could car seat in the stang. and it has A/C. Got to love that.

update: Wife says sell the bike, keep the car, bike will be easier to replace in a year or two. . Going to keep my gear though for the next one. maybe I could find cheap 1000 or 900, R1 later on that needs some work, later on that is. Killer thing is that I have alot of extra parts, aftermarket and Oem. I'll post it in classified area as soon as I get pics. I'll give you gentalman (and ladies) first shot before I put it on ebay and or craigs list.
Thanks guys

I had on 07 V6 that i was getting ready to supercharge and put a new rear end in(makin it a sleeper). Longstory short. Wifes car died. She told me not to sell stang and take another car payment for her new car. I sold the stang and used the profit money to buy her car and my saved money to buy my F2. I loved my F2 but when it started to fall apart i opted to sell it before i put more money into it. She told me not to sell and i did. I hated myself for 2 days and THANK THE HONDA GOD i got financed for a 09 600rr .
Well i guess i didnt make my point to well considering me selling got me something better but if i hadnt gotten lucky with the dealer i would be without a bike right now.
So talk it out with the wife and come to a decision. lol

I didnt mean to come across as putting your stang down.. just want you to know that the reality is that it is tough to sell a 'specialty' car to anyone but those that are passionate about that car and have the money to spend.. I know too many people that have taken a bath on stangs that they have sold.. My 88 is rarely driven, but with collectible insurance on it that is MUCH cheaper than std insurance... its a no brainer to keep it.
Good luck whatever you choose.
