okok..well not all the way..i just dont want this guy thinking a little is enough, first bump he goes over his bike shifts and falls over. Just enough so that they wont compress much when going over bumps..mmk better rephrase??lol

I've always done it like redz. Be sure to keep the bike straight and not leaning to one side.
