Scorpion Exo-700 Raider Helmet
Hey guys and gals,
Well, I have an HJC CL-14 Fuse helmet which I dropped and broke the visor plate retainer clips. It fell from a good distance, so I was concerned that the integrity of the helmet may have diminished. At any rate I bought a repair kit and fixed it, however I also decided to upgrade my helmet at the same time. I just wanna let you guys know I bought the Exo-700 Helmet from Scorpion. All I have to say is that it is an AMAZING helmet. Extensive wind tunnel testing was done and boy does it show! My first ride I could barely tell the helmet was there. I felt almost no drag. The anti-fog visor and breathe guards work flawlessly. I could go on and on about the features, but I'll stop rambling for now. If you are interested check out www.scorpionusa.com and read about it. In short, my HJC helmet doesn't even scratch on the quality and functionality of the Scorpion. Another great thing about the helmet is the price. There's a neat phrase that scorpion likes to state and here's how it goes: "What's the difference between a Scorpion helmet and a $600 helmet? About $400" Lemme tell ya, they aren't lieing. Here's a pic of my helmet, the Exo-700 Red Raider.

RE: Scorpion Exo-700 Raider Helmet
Looks good man. I may pick up one here soon if I find a good deal at Biketober fest. My HJC Ac-11 has broken the visor clips off twice in the past year. Both times when I was changing the visor. Thats just cheap quality if you ask me. I'm just ticked at my HJC right now. I do want to pick up the new HJC AC-12 in carbon fiber when it comes out. It's supposed to have a different ratchet system for the visor, so hopefully it's better. Nothing says I can't have two helmets.

RE: Scorpion Exo-700 Raider Helmet
I too have a scorpion wow I thought they were small and unheard of. How much did you people pay for yours i got the octaine in the color to match my tribal silver and black. The only down fall i can say is that stuff keeps blowing up from the bottom and hitting me in the eye i guess i need one of those chin things the aero skirt and i have trouble with my "Easy pop off" lens changers. Any one else have these problems??
