Sad day for Crash!! Updated w/ video 4/29/08
Oh wow, just watched the video, when in the turn did you know you had lost it? I was behind a guy this last summer who did basically the same thing, only at 35 or so and he took it real close to the line, then a truck was coming so he brought it up a little, and he had judged it at a speed of where he was going into it, so that little adjustment made him take it over the line and into the grass. When you felt you were headed towards the edge did you just push it down further and let off? BasicallyI want to know how I can avoid doing this. Glad you're doing ok man
Wow, that's pretty crazy...one second your slowing down to let the traffic get ahead of you, and then the next...dirt. It happened so quick. Glad you are ok...it can always be worse.

Glad to see you walk away from that... good job on the full leathers riding that hard. All too often would this story have been typed from a hospital bed! Too bad about the bike, but it's just money. You still have your skin.
No offense to your riding Crash...........but in the video, it seems like you were over-exaggerating the need to put your knee down. Again, no offense........just a friendly little observation.

Shoulder has 100% movement back now. I'm now slowly back at the gym to get some strength back. The Rib still hurts so its a slow process.
