Well as many of you know I have been unemployed for some time now. I had a really good interview with IUPUI and have a interview CSX, railroad company, on Monday. I am on the fence on which one I would like more. I would love to work for IUPUI because I have been wanting to do IT for some time now. I would also love working for CSX because I love being outside and working with my hands. IUPUI does not offer benefits right away but they are there I just have to wait. CSX is a veteran friendly company and have heard nothing but good things about working for them. This is where the problem is. Both will open doors for me and offer the potential for great career opportunities.

I would really like your opinions of this please.

 

I've basically heard from everyone in IT that they hate it. The best description I've heard was it is a glorified janitor position.

 

With the economy like it is take the first one offered.
