Riding is a science, but riding at the highest level becomes an art form.
Poetry in motion when done correctly..................

My A-B riding, I don't feel it. However, when I get on track, yeah I feel like it is.

Riding on the street can become the art of survival. It encompasses attention, control, coordination, knowledge of what can and cannot be done with a bike and extra sensory perception to know what drivers around you are going to do.

Seriously though, those at the top level of racing turn riding into an art that is visual and visceral.

Writing is an art.

Motorcycles in themselves are definitely Art. They were at first imagined, then drawn, then modeled, and finally brought into being by those who designed and built them. There is also "An Art" to riding a motorcycle, but I would not qualify that as "Pure Art", rather than each individual rider's expression or interpretation of that Art which is the motorcycle itself. Either way, I think you have plenty of material to build an essay on, and would love to see it here when it is done! You can "borrow" from me if you'd like, and while I can't speak for anyone else here, I bet they wouldn't mind if you borrowed from them either!
