Actually, there are places that do rim repair and could possibly fix that. I'd never do it though.

Not to sure if it can be fixed,the rim is pinched and will probably crack when heated and streached. They can repair bent/ warped rims usually not pinched beads. I could be wrong it has been awhile and they maybe able to do it now but at what cost?
