rider down
Sorry to hear about your accident. I also love bodybuilding its been my life for years so I can feel your pain about not being able to lift for alittle bit but on the positive side you could take this time and really do your homework. Study posing routines, diets and plan a recovery routine like basic movements and such, then pure mass building, then cut up and win your first show. Get well soon! You'll be back in the gym in no time
this is what i told my friend that got both of his feet cut off...
you have to look at the bright side of all of this, you can go on at the end of the day.
my prayers are with you.
p.s. im new to riding and stories like that make me think twice about making decisions on the road, and from now on i dont care how aggravated the guys behind will be. i will be slowing down when situation like that will occur. glad youre here to tell your story.
Hey brother, my thoughts are with you. I've been there and although you've got a painfull recovery ahead, you have to remind yourself that you're alive...
You're gonna have to fight everyday just a little bit harder to get up of the bed and work those injuries out as fast as you can. The body heals, but the mind decides the when and how. Trust me on this.
If you accept that for now, unfortunately, pain is a part of your life and your goal is to overcome and beat her to full health again and set a small daily objective, you'll see small improvements everyday and that will help greatly. The small wins compounds to a big win...
I.E. after my wreck the first set of objectives I had was to move my knee 1mm everyday and try to move my right feet up and down until I has exhausted. Stuff like that.
And try to keep yourself surronded with good friends and family, they're a chain of strenght and do not be embarrased to ask for help if needed Talk and talk some more, closing up is no good!
Feel free to PM me if you want or need, serious.
Rock on to a speedy recovery brother!!!
