yeah i had the same trouble with those guys. It took them like 2 months for them to send me my AGV helmet. I called like every day, and finally I ended up calling the CEO who got me in touch with someone. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Keep calling, dont bother with email. Here is the number for the CEO (831)425-4044 ext.103. Good Luck. Ill never do business with them again.

i never had a problem with them other than they are really expensive...try kneedraggers.com next time. they are usually cheaper, especially if you are buying anything ICON. also, ebay is the shiznit cause u cant get any more cheaper than that

Wish I saw this before hand, or waited before telling my friend to order a helmet from them for when he road races his car, lol. Funny I see this now, because the other day, he was wondering if anyone else has had problems with them. And I didn't know. But he got his helmet in a little bit over a week and he's totally satisfied with what he got. He complained that they never told him anything, like when they shipped it, or a tracking number or anything. But he's pleased with what he got, it's just what he ordered.
