How many push-ups, could you do if you were totally out of shape and had no formal training how many jumping jacks, could you do, do you have any true knowledge of what level of training thatthey are at is this day one or 100. We were asked to stay off of this subject, but since that seems to be impossible. Here's a question. there were a couple cats doin it right, but some of them just looked like my 5 year old cousin messin around lol...no matter how in shape you are, its not that hard to follow the basic movement of doing a jumping jack, being in shape is what gives you the ability to do more than the rest
