Default Quick Q, regarding the lien release on title

Hi,

Found a bike I like and I have a question regarding the lien release. The front of the title has a lien release signature (See picture) from the current owners bank. Do I still need a letter from the bank indicating the lien has been paid off in full? I'm Austin TX.

Thanks

In my past experience, the bank keeps the title until the lien is satisfied. Once it is, they sign the release and send it to the owner. I wouldn't expect to need any further documentation since you have the title.
