Its a real shame, i dont mind the ribbing cos its obvious that your retarded machines ain't that quick. Jealousy is quite rife on this thread. I got 2 mates with r1's another on a k5 gixxer 1000 who know i am not yanking your chains, And carbon fibre is purely for lookikng good, weight is fine as bike is quick as a slippery fox. When you pass your test and get rid of your 125's you will understand speed more. and for the record i never said i was on A PUBLIC ROAD. My cbr holds its own on the track thanks very much

The ribbing your getting has nothing to do with jelously. It has to do with someone coming into a forum that is full of people who ride the same type of motorycycle as you, and are not going to fall for rediculous claims. We have all been around motorcycles for a long time and know what machines are capable of what. Like I said in an earier post, you would have to have 40 hp over your stock bike in order to be as fast as a new 600RR, even with the "new for that year induction system".... I love that one.
Just the fact that your bike, with 80hp and 410 dry weight is faster than my bike with 150hp and 390 dry, is amazing. you obvioulsy can't understand the simple laws of physics. There must be something everyone here is missing. Heck, even the race teams for that matter, since your bike is also extremely fast on the track.
Oh, and your mates with the R1's and the GSXR, may not tell you to your face, but behind your back, they are laughing their butts off at you. How often do they call you to ride? Or do you call them? I think we know the answer to that one.

175 on a 600?I have a 99 F4 I have all the bolt on's I could find, droped some weight, and had a little cam work and by far the best top speed is somewhere around 145-155 and thats screaming.Theres no more to be had at that 145-155(I am 5'5 130lbs) and had around 1/2 tank of gas maybe little less,I have had my bike on the dyno to both tune the carbs, and find true hp 104.4 @10,800 Rpm's and still only 150 or so.I would like to know who tunes your bike and where you get your mods from?It makes no sense to me to write something like that on a site like this. You had to know people were going to dog you.I have aftermarket sprockets so my speedo is a little off so my top speed may be a little off but I am for sure thats a good ball park.If you want to impress with speed numbers buy a bigger bike.I would like to know what mod's you have, take a look at my bike let me know what I am missing? None of what my bike can do happened over night, makes me angry to hear people b.s. like that when the rest of us are droping a ton of time, energy, and money into what we love to make our bikes what they are and real on top of it.

I hate to hurt your feelings but your (special) 600 fw or whatever the hell you own, if you even own a bike will not outrun a my 1000s or any other of the guys and ladies 1000s or 600s on this forum. Wherever you have been going for happy hour you need to quit and go elsewhere, its messing with your head. You should not huff gas or paint thinner anymore.
