Correct me if I am wrong, Who cares if your truck is disorganized as *****???

In my opinion, Authority at the office has you .
Honest answer? One or two do. One I know for a fact has been on final warning for the last 2 years. Every time he gets off final, they progress him back to final. Figure out why He is also the most liked supervisor in the office. He'll fire someone for cause in a heartbeat. But he also defends people being wrongfully persecuted.

As for my truck, nobody should care so long as it doesn't present a safety hazard (flying debris while driving) or present a poor image of the company (people passing by seeing trash ect). Yet someone went into my sup's office, took the spare key to my truck, took pictures of the cargo area and sent them to upper management.

Theorizing, its a game in my opinion. Keep a constant case of evidence against everyone so if they gotta get rid of people they don't have to start from scratch. It took four years for me to get written up after all.

I question authority in my office but it is a tiny office compared to yours. Learn to continue respectfully picking fights with things that actually have a chance change for the better and make sure you have back up, don't go head on with UM without some support.
