How do you put a picture under your nickname when you post? I have a picture uploaded on my profile and i have the box checked to use my pic as an avitar but i dont see anything under my nickname.

 

The aviator and picture under the post are two separate things. In your profile, you'll notice your Signature. This is where you would use the space for any picture. You'll need to upload your picture to a website that will allow you to obtain a direct link to the phone.

Open up an account w/photobucket - > http://photobucket.com/

 

Click on my profile, scroll down to the "avatar" section, click upload picture (top option of three), click browse, select pic, click ok...

 

If you read farther down the postings in this section, there is a nice gentlemen offering to do them for people. He did mine as well as several others.

but i think hes trying to upload an avatar, in that case your picture cannot be bigger than 145x145 m

alright...lets get this straight now people

an AVATAR(not aviator, were not flying planes here people) is the picture on the left side under a person's screen name and other info

a SIGNATURE is underneath a person's post, and could possibly contain a picture, which is not the same thing as a persons AVATAR

Weeee! Now I have a picture under my name!! Life just gets better and better. Now I just need to figure out the banner pick in the signiture thing. Oh well, baby steps I guess.........
