Anybody remember the old Honda CB's? That stood for Custom Bike, CB900, CB450, etc. Now the evolution, they stopped making cb's in 87 and came out with the CBR Hurricane. The Hurricane was the first boxframed, fullbodied street/race bike made. It was designed to destroy everybody else in theAMA 600 class(and it did).
Custom Bike Racing=CBR, I could totally be wrong here but theat seems to be the obvious next step.

I heard the CB was for City Bike. They added the R for Race.

I'm not sure what CB stands for, but I AM sure the R is the designation for the racing version of the CB.

haha bmg velocity - the thread starter. and yes next time you call someone a tool use that icon .. i was savign it to use on jeff gordon but this works better i think
