Police Misunderstanding.
I know you weren't attacking me. However, I still feel the same way I did before because someone's windpipe swelling shut is very serious. It was mis-handled.
I also agree these threads are not productive. Woo, don't leave because of it.

This is "Off-Topic" pretty much anything goes. When you come into this forum you should be aware that there is an amazing spread of topics here. The thread subject will or should basically say the jist of the upcoming topic. If you dont like the preview, dont watch the movie. Simple as that. I dont understand the whole internet tizzy. Get over it and dont click the link, oh so easy. [&:]Also these threads CAN and most of the time are productive. People like Spirit and HC come in here and speak their intelligence wisely and give you multiple points of views. They have made me think in the past, thus being productive.
I agree completely with the Kid here. While this is off topic there is no point in even posting it, its either FTP or someone backing them, there is never any discussing either side, their minds are made up and never going to change. Hell go to youtube, i have seen compilation videos there of police dying from random traffic stops, just walking up to a car and get shot, yet you read the comments and its still FTP. I almost think if anything this should have its own area just like politics, although i guess it dont matter to me, i rarely even bother opening one of these posts cause they all read the same, and generally "imo" just bring out the worst in people.
Not all cops its a few of them that work at the times you are out. Some yeah can be really ****ty but ive known a few and seen afew of them in my area...but they are just doin there job, just like anyone else...Ihop, someone ****ed up your order you dont freak out...it was a simple mistake..the waitress or the cook...it happens with somany orders going through.
If you don't like the topic click out of it or rant all you want or agree or disagree or make fun of or hijack thread or ?
Rants like that are up to you but maybe you should go back and look at all 94,000+ post and come back with a % of cop hattin posts. doubt the percent is very high.
I find them interesting as a topic. you get to see how others percive the story and how it differs from your own. What is so wrong with that? we will never all agree on a hot issue and fights (e-thugin) can happen but so what.
This almost reminds me of a person trying to push his religon beliefs on me without me asking for it.
Anyways: I think the husbands actions made the situation worse by fleeing the scene and causing the "at gun point" mis- understanding. If he (i know its hard too and emotions are at a all time high) would of sat still for one minute to let the cops see what was going on, all would of been well by the time the ambulance showed (which is faster then driving yourself). Sorry agian but not everyone lives three minutes away from an active dispatch area for the ambulance company so it sometimes takes a little more time to get there.

Somehow I found this thread and I see your comment, Morgan.
Let's try it this way...
Let's see, your from the suburbs, upper-middle class?Going to a university in Texas, right? Mommay and daddy paying that ticket or do you have $4K in loans each semester?
I've seen your Myspace page and I see the people you roll with.
You're simply another privilidged white kid from the suburbs thinking you know anything about, "FTP" or where it came from. You're the exact white boy that black comedians make fun of when they talk about white fools cussing out cops on a traffic stop... AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
Boy, you ain't from the streets and you never will be. You've never known the adversity that comes from being a hood rat. Proud of it? Nope. But I do know what that's like. It kind of helps me see both sides of the situation since I'm an actual productive member of society who invokes a bit more intelligent thought than, "FTP."
Hey, if that's all you gotto make you feel hard, keep on with it. Someone is gonna hand you your privilidged *** someday because of that wannabe attitude.
What I don't understand is how at one time, you actually had an opinion and you were well at speaking it. I guess that all changed when you started your inccessant rambling that is little more than, "rabble rabble rabble."
Did mommy and daddy pay your medical bills too? Until you've walked the streets, you should keep your street talk to a minimum, for the fact that light travels faster than sound is in your favor. For you appear to be intelligent until you open your mouth.
I know this post was kind of pointless and non-useful (just as I said these threads were), however as I have spoken with Morgan outside of here and at one time thought about meeting up with him the next time I was in Arizona, I just feel so much frustration at his comment as I know it's not his own, it's not based off of any of his lifeexperiences and even more frustrating is the fact that he thinks it gives him an, "edginess."
"Whoa, that suburban white boy is tough. What's he wearing, Abercrombie? Dang, he must be pushin that white like no ones bidness."
Punk.
