Look into 'H2Ocean' spray or do it in the shower.

 

Byhighschool, I ended up with four ear piercings in my left ear, and two in my right (I haven't worn earings for more years than I can remember). I currently have both nipples pierced, and have thought about removing them for a couple of years. I will say, they sometimes get infected, and I use sea salt every time. I fill a shot glass with a small amount of sea salt,top it offwith water, and use Q-tips to clean the general area. After all these years, I get (J)funk that collects around the outside of the rings (I guess my body thinks it sucks), and I clean those accumulations off in the shower, apply the sea salt via Q-tip, and run the rings back and forth. After about two or three days, there is no sign of infection...magic.

I originally got one nipple pierced and the girl that did it made me a deal if I came back for the other one within a week. Needless to say, I was back within a week AND got a tattoo at another shop the same dayafter the second piercing. I remember being in the shower and being "high on life" that day. All those endorphins and adrenalin working at the same time...awesome!

yea, the helmet thing is going to suck for at least a month. sometimes you'll forget about it and it will hit something and hurt like hell. that was my last piercing over 5 years ago... didn;t want any more after that.

 

today i can move it around and clean it with no pain. I slept on that side all night and it feels like a normal ear again. For some reason i seem to heal much faster thn most people.

 

Another thing..i found a cool blue spike barbell that i like..How long should i wait till i change it?

 

you can change it now but it WILL irritate it, and you have to do it almost seamlessly. Like butt the edges together and pull it through. i would give it a week or so before you attempt that.

 

No, dont change it now, give it time to heal. Like others said clean it WELL and often. Move it as much as possible. Atleast once an hour. Also go to any tat/piercing shop and youll find good aftercare sprays for it.

I have both my nipples gauged to 6s so I understand pain. I was going to finish with 4s but the ex wasnt happy, and I knew I couldnt physically do it again.
