playfulgod: nice work, told ya it wasn't that hard. you just have to dive in and try it. and yes it is addicting tattooing hot girls, lol.
as far as trimming the edges, i just use the eraser. once its all done i go around the edge with the blur tool to soften it and make it look less "chopped".

I've been messing around with photoshop for the past week or so and i love it!

never tried the pen tool, but i will now. I just use the selection tools, most of the time i select a bigger portion then what i need then after i paste it where i want it, i'll go back with the eraser and go around the edges with it to remove the unwanted.
