/\/\ JD, very nice! hehe.

Ok, so I've been looking at some DSLRs and I have seen the Nikon d40 and the Canon Rebel XT; both are about $600, and they have been recommended as good cameras. I'm not a pro, but who is to say I couldn't be? Picasso couldn't paint without a paintbrush could he?!? I'm going to get some more advice and read some more reviews. Meanwhile, if you guys want a good site http://www.dpreviews.com has some hella good reviews on cams, very detailed.

Get the XT id pick that over the D40 anyday. Now the D70-D80 is a different story. The D40 is like not even worth the money has no features. Plus the Canon lens line is INSANE.

that's why you always see the roads as wet in the movies. it keeps the glare down.

Yeah Kewl Breeze that is definitely an awesome picture

And I love the Running photo and "fight" photo from you Kiker. I have no idea how to accomplish that affect but it's definitely cool. I especially love the intensity in the runners faces. Nice work.

haha, thx - the fight picture is actually my roommate - same trick everybody else is using, just kept the shutter open for about 20 seconds, had my roommate stay in one position for 10 seconds, jump real fast to the other chair, then had him stay in that position for 10 seconds. Turned out pretty well

The hurdling picture i took last weekend, I graduated from Lehigh two years ago so the Lehigh guys in the pictures are good friends of mine, I think so far that's my favorite picture, it reminds me of an easier time :-D
