PC took a dump.
Well I never registerd the dam thing but I get a 1 year warranty, but have to pay to have it rma'd. Its not pricy. But I have changed the compound under the south/north bridge heatsinks. They had a bad problem with running too hot. So I shouldnt get in trouble but it would suck to get charged for them to replace it cause of that. Might as well buy a newer board. Dammit!!!!!

Maybe I can talk them into evga bucks and just upgrade to the 700 series. I dont need to cause I can still kick *** on 3dmark06 over that people that have a 700 series.
Did you overclock it?
So, I started working with computers back in the 90's when I was a lowly delivery driver for a chain pizza place that used to have red roofs. I've put together a couple PCs by this point and was helping another driver assemble his. I set his motherboard on an anti-static bag and booted up to test something before putting it in the case. Everything went about as flawless.
So, a few weeks later, the same guy is doing a similar test and can't figure out why it is isn't working. Turns out he didn't set it on the anti-static bag, but directly onto the case and completely fried the motherboard.
