Sorry to pop your bubble, bub, but that video is fake. An RPG has to travel a set distance reaching a certain g-force for it to be armed... The idea is funny though.
Depends on the RPG being used.... Not sure if you know or not but there are many different RPG explosives. Anti-armor, anti-vehicle, anti-ship, anti-personnel, anti-aircraft, building and bunker buster. There are timed RPGs is that what you are talking about? Anyway with the exception of the Timed RPG, all of them will detonate as soon as the primer is struck hard enough. Well at least everyone that I've ever seen will detonate as soon as the primer hits. The distance statement is correct, However; needing a certain g-force to explode isn't.

Rpgs have a 2 stage rocket in them. 1st stage gets it out of the launcher and far enough away from the shooter then the second one kicks in. the first stage does not have enough energy to strike the primer hard enough to blow up as a safety feature to prevent something like this from happening. 2nd stage doesnt kick in till about 20 feet or so so this probably isnt real just my $0.02
