Official parking spaces in your city?

RE: Official parking spaces in your city?
Depending on how congested your area is, parallel parking might be a waste of valuable space. The motorcycle parking spots in San Francisco are laid out perpendicular to the curb.

Oh I forgot to mention.. prettymuch every walmart has that big sidewalk area in front of the building. They never care if you park your bike next to the entrance in that recess to the left or right.. I'm not sure about inbetween the entrances but just to the sides of them is fine. I figured it'd be worth mentioning since there's like 1500 of those stores around the us.

I know that on some southern state AF bases where people ride all the time, they have dedicated spots. I always parked as close to the door as possible and my shop chief let me. I did not like her parking next to me because she parked to damn close.
