Default Not the usual 1krr vs. 600rr thread....

Hey guys, whats up. Ill be looking into getting a new bike sometime in the future (I hope) and I have a question.

as far as passenger comfort goes, whats better? I have an 03 RR now and it kills my girl to ride for any decent distance. Is the 07 600 RR any better in this respect? Ive heard its a virtual couch for the rider compared to the older models. How does any of the 1krr's stack up for 2up riding? Im debating on the new 07 6rr or just about any year (preferably 06-07) 1krr's.... of course, who knows when ill actually be able to look into buying one... gotta get a truck first [:@]

Yep. They make the rear seats for the 1000's and 600's. I have a Corbin on mine for longer trips usually over an hour (butt-saver for those long trips). I still prefer the stock seat in everyday 10 minute commuting though.

I guess Honda should keep making the F4i and the ugly banana seat that gets so much bad press.

the 07 600RR feels so good, i jumped on one the other day, and even sat on the back seat to check it out (i prefer to drive of course) and it wasnt too bad! the front seat definately feels better than my 04 though, the seating position is niiiiiiice

Yeah, I too had to sit on the 07... it does feel sooooo much different/better. All the reviews ive seen say it tears up the track, but in normal honda fashion does the same to the street.

decisions, decisions... I really like your answer though jz... only problem with that is paying for all that gas too hahaa
