I'm struggling to wear my size 32 jeans lately and its time to lose those extra fats and gain some masses.

Oh yes.. definitely more riding next year!!!!

I resolve to be a better, more terrific and even awesomer person! And I'm gonna help people! Because I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and, doggonit, people like me!

Seriously though, my only resolution is to try and do my best to spend more time with projects like habitat for humanity or other worthwhile organizations.

as for my new years resolution........i really dont know. i've already started trying to watch what i eat, but i guess i can say i'll continue that. i also want to rack up MORE miles on my RR.

the most important i guess would be to get the F4i to track days.

get in better shape, ive been lifting for the past 2.5 yrs or so and have put on a decent amount of muscle, but its masked with some fat (weight is just a number that doesnt matter im going for bodyfat % around 8-10)so i want to start running more.....

also i want to do 5k on the bike this year up from only 3k this year
and i want togetto a track day this summer, which willrequire me to save about $1,000 to cover the track day expenses/getting there/buying a full suit (got really good boots, gloves, and back bracealready)

Yeah I've kinda slacked on the whole eating healthy and working out thing, so its sounds cliche but my resolution is to hit the gym.
