"my loss is your gain"
They are basically trying to make the deal sound sweeter. Know what I mean, they make up a story about how their dog died and he doesn't feel like he can ride anymore so he says I'll sel it for $XXXX "my loss is your gain" Thats just my .02 they are just trying to make the deal sound better than what it may be, but then there is the case when it could be true also.

yeah i mean most of the time im like.. ok if you know your going to lose out on this deal then why do it. i understand some people have to sell things at time but when that happens they dont normally say that. haha ive seen those ads where people just say weird reasons why they are selling too
Yeah like that thread I think I saw on this website about a guy that was selling his bike because his ol' lady told him to. Man there is no piece of a$$ worth that I'd be like hit the bricks bitch.
I have my CBR RR1000 Repsol up for sale. I wish that I did not but the wife said it has to go or we could loose the house. My son comes first for me I have 2 older CBRs that I will keep. But just as soon as I can I will get a new RR 1000 Some times you have to give up some thing to make your life better.
wow, im sorry for your loss..thats understandable tho. when i started this thread i was just talking about when you look at something for sale and its like a weird story and says "my loss is your gain!!" its like ok normally people that are upset about their loss wouldnt say that, or at lest i wouldnt. i just thought its funny when people say that sometimes, like with stuff on ebay
