We had a scam like this just recently on our local craigslist. The ad was almost identical. Hopefully this guy gets caught.

 

I WOULD LIKE TO SCAM MY FOOT UP HIS ***!

 

I don't see much wrong with him using the pics, but to imply it is the exact bike you are purchasing is just wrong. - Looks like a scammer using someone's ebay account.This guy seems to deal in mostly jewlery, but he did buy an F4i cover back in mid November... - I'd be very curious to see the other pics he has available.

 

I am filing a counterfeit report with ebay about this item. Fu*k this guy!!!!!!

 

it would be differnet if it said something to the effect of "a bike like this one", or something like that.....what a joke!

 

Are you sure he just didn't borrow your pics and has a bike?

That is still scamming b/c it is not the exact bike. Does he not have a friend with a camera? I call BS! **** him!
