My bike is NOT for sale.**HELP**
DON'T BID ON IT!! Are you nuts for suggesting that?
Unless it's the same VIN, I wouldn't be too worried about it.
As for the auction, the administrators might be able to contact eBay on their own behalf, stating things like how the pictures are copywrited (because they are on this site), providing links and requesting that the auction be removed. Furthermore, I would probably recommend creating a special signature you can stick on your pics before posting.
You can contact eBay and inform them about the issue. I'm sure there is a violation of their TOS.
Like many people said, chances are that he is selling a bike that is similiar in appearance and has clearly noted that the bike doesn't look exactly the same anymore. I think the there is a 99.3% positive that this is a legitimate auction, just a little false advertising.

Another thing that you can do is send a request to the poster to either remove the pictures or modify the auction to state that the pictures are not of the actual bike but look very similiar. Maybe threaten legal action (copywrite violation?). I really don't think you have anything to worry about.

Scam! hahaha, j/k. Seriously though... once you kick the ebay person in the nuts a few times, I'd love to know if you ever found that video. I'd still like to see it!
