Chit Rojer....that's bloody awful .... I feel for you..
I had a V4 Honda stolen many years ago...so I know the gut wrenching feeling it leaves inside ...
Like the old days , I think thieves should be hung immediately when caught....
They chit me off sooooo bad !!!! ...... lame *** , good for bloody nothing , useless , no account ******, that I would shoot if it were not for the law against killing peeps...

Well, least you still have a ride. Even if you are "slumming" on a f4i.
Not to pry, but if it was your ex, and she took it with her, did you technically still have ownership anymore at the time of the theft? I mean, didn't you kind of lose it regardless when you two broke up and she took possession?
None of my business really, I just lost a bike the same way once a long while back, before I learned to never, regardless of how has the better credit, put anything in a girflfriends name. Bought a bike in a gf's name when everything was hunky dory and we were meant to be together forever, blah blah. Made all the payments, had about a year left on the bike when we split up, she moved out. Later that night I headed down to the underground garage for a stress relieving ride just to find my bike was gone, yay. B#$%h. Guess that explained the tow truck I saw heading into the parking lot earlier that night (yah, I know, duh, wasn't thinkin straight I guess). Never underestimate the fury, vindictiveness and just plain evilness of an ex after a breakup.
Not saying that's what happened to you, just the way it was phrased reminded me of my old situation, sounded familiar.
