hey guys, I'm looking to go to Minnesota for mushroom picking, in the past years I've been to Michigan and Wisconsin with little luck on finding a decent amount. I'm looking for porcini, Hens and morels... can you guys recommend a place and other mushrooms? I have a ok amount of knowledge and don't want to pick something I don't know or am unsure of. Cheers.

I'm curious as well. He's asking about picking gourmet mushrooms, my guess would be for culinary purposes.

Nah, it's got nothing to do with this thread. You guys can eat shrooms and talk about them all you like.... lol
You can leave whatever advice you have for him, he just won't be able to respond for a few days that's all.

 

Shroom's are not part of this topic it is about gourmet mushrooms.

Northern MN is best for it from what I have found.

 

He got a week's ban for placing 8 adverts all over the place, without sufficient posts.
Nothing to do with shrooms, gourmet or otherwise.....
