Default Moving to StL

Well after being gone for 13 years I'm finally moving back to my home.

Any St. Louis riders out there that can suggest some good routes to ride.

Hwy T, 94, 100 are a few that I regularly travel. Usually go out to Augusta, Washington or Hermann.

Depends on what area and how far you wanna go:

Hwys F, FF, N, NN, and O are pretty fun in the Jefferson County/Franklin County areas.

Hwys YY, Y, C, Z in Franklin/Gasconade counties.

If you want a longer fun ride, take hwy 19 south from Steelville down to Eminence. Hwys 72, 32, and 49 thru Mark Twain National Forest are a good ride too.

Bluff Road right across the JB Bridge is pretty scenic and secluded, not the smoothest road though, but still fun.

There's all kinds of little roads here and there. The river road up to Grafton, IL is a big bike run with lots of Harley's and cruisers. Keep going past Grafton and it's a little better. Lot's of guys around there that don't really ride, they just want to be seen. Still a scenic run along the river though. Good places to eat in Grafton too.

The roads DWhite posted are pretty good too. 94 is better early in the morning before the Harley's and traffic get out. Most of them stop in Defiance, if you keep going past Defiance, the road gets even better and less traffic.

Thanks alot guys.

I used to ride the river road all the time (many, many years ago).

I'll check out all of the routes when I get back. I should have lots of time since I'll be unemployed for awhile [sm=smokin.gif]
