Heads up kiwis,
Sommet tv ( channel 69) is broadcasting moto gp series. It's a fee sports channel on sky tv. And no you don't have to have sports package to get the channel. Argentina replay is just about to start.

 

It was one of the more entertaining races! Definitely worth a watch!

 

Tanks for that Kiwiborn, I hadn't even noticed I had channel 69 before; if I had, I would have assumed it wasn't family viewing.

Not sure if its your thing TK but the D1NZ is on tonight at 7.30 the fourmula Drift at 10pm..

 

Thanks for the heads up KB, but to be honest (at mid 50's) I don't think I'm part of the target market for drift racing.

I find it briefly interesting if I happen to come across it during a channel surf; but I would rate it about the same as FMX and rhythmic gymnastics. Too much style, not enough substance.

Give me a freight train of V8 Supercars any day of the week.

 

Have to admit it not really over exciting but damn all that smoke and going sideways reminds me of "pre family days"
A-men to the super cars, wifey and I spent our anniversaries at Hamilton 400. Went every year until they shut it down. (Yes bloody lucky to have wifey into the 8's also). Aucklands a bit far plus I HATE Auckland. No offensive Jaffas
Sad to see the cars on sky. Will ad sports package again in October then cancel again in November.
