Well I still have it, but it's at the shop getting a full service, new manual CCT and sprockets and chain. I hope to have it back this weekend and have not had her since Monday night. Does anyone else get like this when there bike is in the shop or down? I am going to die this winter when I can ride her. I was thinking about getting a newer bike in the spring, but Ilove my baby and feel so comfortable on it that I can't think about not having her. She's got 28K on her and I am hoping for another 28K at least.

yea, mine was in the shop 2 weeks last summer...and of sourse it was nice and sunny those 2 weeks, get her back, and rains for a week straight....So my bike is not going into a shop unless its winter time...or they can get it done in a day....which I will never take mine to the dealer again...2 weeks!!

I found a good bike mechanic (1/2 price of dealership) and he has never had my bike over night, drop it off in the morning and always done within a few hours....

 

I'd have to sell the kids...
