Anyone around the Quad Cities? I've been looking for someone to ride with for awhile now, but it seems like all i ever meet on the streets are squids on gixxers.

 

By Quad-Cities, do you mean the Illinois/Iowa Quad-Cities? That would be me - I live in Geneseo...What about you?

Cool...what kind of riding do you like to do? I'm not much for going up and down the Avenue in shorts and a t-shirt...

My brother, cousin, and I like to make day rides up to C9Y near Dubuque, or half-day trips to the Sauk Valley park area. Those are about the only halfway decent roads around here...also once or twice a year we try to get down to Deals Gap, or do a trackday or two.

Where do you usually ride? We're always happy to have someone else join us if they want...

 

So far just have been cruising in town a bit and heading out down the river roads like 84 or 67 towards leclair, sometimes 92 out to lake george and back, nothing too interesting. But I wouldn't mind a trip up to dubuque or the like. I hear you about cruising up and down the avenue.
