That is actually a very good video for other reasons than you posted it. I just adjusted and lubed my chain today, and I had a buddy help me. He rolled it forward while I checked the tension, and lubed it. Took about 10 minutes. I want to get some stands soon, though, so I can do it by myself. Maybe you can have a buddy help you until you get your stands.

just stick a jack under the swing arm opposite the kickstand and jacker up, dont do it on a hill[8D] works like a charm on my f3 whenever i gotta take the wheel off....now getting the front tire off the ground....that's a trick any suggestions?

U kiddin me, i do mine all the time like that. Ive stripped my bike down pretty good twice now and use jackstands to hold her up. If ur just lookin to adjust the chain and lube it u can just put the jack under the swingarm on the side of the kickstand and just crank her up till she is standin even. If u have a jack with the wheels on it u gotta kinda keep ur foot behind it so it dont roll out on ya (worst case senerio it sits back down on the kickstand slowly). It aint to biggy what so ever imho. In fack, had my rear end on a couple of jackstands for the past two months while waitin for parts to change out the swingarm wit no problems.
