I know people are going to tell you to keep riding, but if you feel like you should quit and step away from riding, then I say do it. You gotta do what's best for you. Anyways, we're all glad you made out of the accident alive. You must have slid for a while...geez 70mph lowside. Thank goodness for gear eh?

 

Things could turn more worse with that kind of accident but thank god you are still OK man.

Take your time, those experience will make you a much more better rider.

Thank you Classic!!... that hit deep. FFcbr thank you for the reassurement. All in all it was probably a 200+foot slide. MaybeI can get pictures but trying not to think about it. My brand new agv gloves got fuc**d up. down to the threads(But hey thats why i wear them right?) the bar treated me well. I want to remember this but just don't want to think about it. I had everything setup perfectly. 2 trackdays setup in just twoweeks were I could let the rr stretch its legs. I agree I'm young in the 2 wheel world and all this is a learning experience...but I don't want my learning experience at the cost of other riders it just makes me soooo sick that i hit another rider from the rear.

 

Accidents happen. Anyone in your place might have done the same thing.
