They should really just lower the highway speed limits to 25mph.
That way, no one will get hurt right? It's all in the name of safety...

 

Don't whine about the laws. All you have to do is drive like a sane person and you won't spend a dime or spend time in the pokey.

I can think of a hundred other places where people need to be more accountable - but this doesn't completely bother me.

I want to know what they're doing with the revenue, though. All it means is that you're going to be accountable on another level. Do what you're supposed to do and don't bitch when you get caught.
