ive worked for Nacogdoches Co. S.O, Angelina Co. S.O, Travis Co. S.O,community education centers, working there till Nacogdoches calls me back at first i said id come back as a corporal only, called them today and told them id come back as a floor officer

 

I'm just a young buck, but I've been in LE since 06, as a dispatcher/calltaker. Get some pretty crazy calls sometimes. Going to the academy as an officer hopefully this July

 

Does being an Officer of the Court count ? I don't apprehend them, just send them on their way....

 

I my opinion it does. I have been with the Ontario Provincial Police for 6 years. Best job I have ever had. I will do 25yrs and then I am done at 56. That will be enough for me.

 

For what its worth, I'm a Va State Trooper. Man I love my job.

 

I think most people who hate all cops just get caught too often. I have no problems with police officers. I am just smarter than the average criminal so I don't have any run ins with them. It's the laws that I have problems with lol. The police are just doing their job. They will be just doing their job when they save your life someday when you really need em. If their were no cops, society would be a very dangerous place. Maybe as a guy you wouldnt mind, but whos gonna protect your mother, daughter, or sister?
