So, the wifey and I leave forthe Red Bull Grand Prixtomorrow. The plan is to leave around noon and head west to the 101. From there, we head south to Eureka, Ca. to pick up some of our group, then into Willets, Ca. to spend the night. On Friday, we will head into Laguna Seca and get to the camp sight. Athena and I are trailoring the bikes so we will have decent transportation while we are down there. For those who are watching the race, look for me to place just infront of Kurtis Roberts (I'll be second to last place...only because Jr. isn't racing as well, otherwise I'd be up one more spot). I'll be sure to take a lot of pics of everything (including umbrella girls if I can sneakaway)and report back to the forum when I get back. Thanks to Woody, I have great seats and paddock passes. If I can getanyone's autograph (Moto GP or AMA), I will probably need to change my shorts because I will be releasing from the front and back! Wish meluck, I have no idea what to expect!

 

WOW! Im so jealous, a few guys from our local board are heading out there too. I would love to be able to go some year. I looked at tickets on eBay and they were pretty damn expensive, but I was not sure what that all entailed. Where would you normally get tickets like that? I'm jealous voodoo, make sure to get some good pics!

I'm also going to Laguna Seca, on saturday and sunday. Grandstands for turn 11 on sunday as well.

No long rides for me though...I live in monterey.

Anyways if you didn't know the new 2008 Triumph Street triple debuts there so be sure to take pictures of it because you will be one of the first people in America to see one in person.
(Just a thought, I really like that bike.)
