Why dont you consider comprehensive???????
Thats what I have. I pay $50 a month for that. It covers theft, fire, vandalism, etc and liability. The only thing is dont cover is if I hit someone or I wreck the bike myself.

its combined with my two cars, and house is partly the reason its so cheap (that and I dont have any accidents or speeding tickets on record), plus I am married so I am considered 'responsible'
