Facebook bought Istagram for 1 Billion.

Apparently Italian high end motorcycle manufacturers are valued the same as a picture program in today's economy. Crazy.

I did not quite understand what you mean by steroids on Instagram. Possibly you meant a marketing strategy that helps to boost the sales. In this case, yes, there are many schemes how to attract more visitors and turn them into regular customers.
