Default im too young!

Well, I'm sitting at the hospital and waiting on......My grandaughter to come back to the room. Wow. I knew goin in my fiance had kids. Also new that he being older, that obviously her kids, well to if them anyway, were older. Hell I even knew one of her daughters had a son. But it didn't hit me really until tonight, when her daughter, after giving birth, placed this beautiful baby girl in my arms and said " Nora, meet your grandad"

Hmmm.... I'm too young to be a grandad. Hell I'm too young to have kids Lol. At the ripe old age of 35 I am officially the grandfather of two kids. Wow. My mind is blown at the moment.
Just wanted to put my thoughts down somewhere, so why not here.

Congratulations old man! Just kidding (about the old man part). That's an awesome experience though, I hope you enjoy it! Congratulations again.

Wow indeed! Im 28 and my son's 5 months old, cant imagine being a granddad when he's 7... think of it this way, you probably will get to see them grow to full adults before you throw a rod so to speak

Thank everyone. I look at it this way, at least I am young enough to teach em to ride an get in the yard and play with em.

Great time for family and fun! And the best part is giving them back after you've spoiled them rotten. Another advantage is you won't need iron supplements to keep your energy level up.....

Im with Mattson im 28 also and my duaghter is 10months. Congrats tho and enjoy your new addition to the fam.
