When considering this type of thing before, I realized that most people really don't have a choice but to help their families. Even if they were well off, most family members would be expecting something (especially parents and brothers/sisters). Distant realtives would be looking for a hand-out. It wouldn't be like this for all family members, but a lot more than you think. Don't get me wrong. I would definitely help my family out. It would be a mess though. Solution? Move to Hawaii, and tell family they're welcome any time.

 

precious track days lots of them. big boat at my big house in the florida keys, house in the mountains(close to the baddest canyons)lots of extra tires. and a little cabin in the farthest northern reaches of alaska,away from everyone, for a nice get away, and a life supply of wolf shirts.

 

oh , but on a serious note. should probrobly invest all in a high interest acount,let it build interest for a year(a grand or more a day/ten mill.) then retire and never have to spend a dime of the big money. then you have the freedom to hook all of your family and friends up. you would truly build yourself a money tree.

 

With my luck, I would probly have a heart attack and die. Barring that, I would go into work and tell them to shove it ! Then give a million to charity and folks that have helped me along. I would build a house I have planned. I would definitely buy a Ferrari. After I paid off my debts I would still have millions left over and I could probably live off the interest. I would spend the rest of my life at racetracks or on long trips with my son. That is all I can imagine. The list of things I would not do is probly longer than the list of what I would do. HAH ! Alf indeed. Now if I got a trillion dollars...It would be insane ! I would be the Count of Monte Cristo ! I would have mansions in Boca Raton FL, Central Park West NY, La Jolla CA, and Vail CO. I would have a monster yacht with a helo-pad and a G5 jet. I would spend weekends and summers with my son and the rest of the time crushing my enemies, ala Monte Cristo.
