Just heard about this last year. Looks like an awesome time..So I took some vacation days and am making the 12 hour ride down there! If anyone is close to the area (or far away) and would like to meet up that would be awesome.

That date for this years is going to be August 13th.

I plan on leaving south dakota early friday (12th) morning, staying in omaha friday and saturday night and heading home sunday morning sometime.

Pick up the sprocket.. Ride 3 hours south.. Drop it somewhere.. And hopefully someone can pick it up from kansas city,Oaklahoma... Come on man! for the sake of the challenge!

 

It is in Iowa? 12 hours is going to be enough to about kill me haha. I have metal rods in my shoulder and back from my last accident.

How does that work, I find it and then do what?

 

Yeah.. Find it.. Take some pictures with it.. Find a new location for it.. Take some pictures of clues how to get to the new location.. and remember where you put it so you can write a, I went this way turned here.. turned there.. Went up the dock.. Jumped in the water.. put on the scuba gear.. Dived down 200M. Planted it too a Fish. and then make sure to update the Thread... Its going to be fun!
