A judge will probably throw it out. or u will have a very small fine. Cops, cant live with em cant live without them. 5+ is a little lame, but u were over the limit.. cant complain too much, but im sure it will be no biggie man.. suck it up!

It was actually 6 over. 76 in a 70. We were on our way from Florida to Indiana. I wont be going back to fight the ticket. Its 7 hours from where I live, I told him it was kind of lame ...... He didnt care.

I agree that with 5 over a ticket is a little much.. but a warning is necessary. Id bet that most of the time people just get warnings for stuff like that. Anything else on that ticket or was it just the speeding? Cause that might explain why you got a ticket rather than a warning.
