There are more that dislike him than like him. We're not all cold hearted!

 

Hmm... I'd say his record sales say otherwise. Fact is, when people are unhappy or don't like something, they're 10 times more likely to SAY something about it than someone who's happy/likes something. Plus, misery loves company. So by you posting all this hatred toward James Blunt, it's inspiring others to follow suit.

Not to MENTION, I'm sure at this point, anyone who does happen to like him probably feels they'd be ridiculed by you if they were to admit such.

Kudos to flip for being strong enough to admit you like him! Good for you!!

Now, all racial and homophobic slurs will be removed from this thread, and I suggest you all (including you, Pits) refrain from making anymore of them. Play nicely, please!

 

Quite the contrary there Flip... "mod" got to it and removed those posts. I didn't think they were that bad, but hey we've all got a job to do right? My bad neeb.

Like I said, I wasn't trying to offend anyone... just goofin' about. Guess we've gotta find a forum that supports First Ammendment rights in order to make posts such as the ones that were made.

 

If you in fact mean a site that supports you offending those of difference races and sexual orientations than your own, then by all means, have at it.

I don't think I "attacked" anyone or any group of people with the comments I made and I would never intentionally offend someone - unless they really pi$$ed me off. Nor do I think that posting a picture of Jesus holding a can of Budweiser (which made the national news I might add) or a pack of Mentos was something horrible. It's "humor" I think? I actually find the majority of the postings here very entertaining. But if I don't like what I see or what they say, then I move on or try to add a level-headed response. I don't get my boxers in a bunch and tell people that they aren't allowed to have their own opinion.

If I broke any rules of the "Off-Topic" section then I send my apologies to all administrators, moderators, members, sponsors and other miscellaneous readers. Geeze, maybe this thread should be deleted altogether so we can stop the madness!?!?

Ridicule...is that what I did in my response to Flip, because I don't think I did such a thing. People can say what they please and hopefully they do so and don't have thoughts that they may be ridiculed by me. Simple voicing of opinions, and this thread has gone bad...

 

Your inability to express an opinion without resorting to homophobic rhetoric (and then the racial and sexual slurs from others that followed) is the problem. As I said EARLY in the thread, I'm not at all a fan of James Blunt, either! Far from it.... but I think there are more appropriate and mature ways for you to express your distaste.

 

It was out of fun. You seem to have many problems with my posts and b/c it got off track is not my issue. You said yourself, don't like the song - change the station.....well if you don't like the thread...don't post on it.
