The truth is Dell hates you... They just want u to buy their product. after they have ur money they careless about you and ur issues.. Go in with guns a blasin, Whats a few years in jail to prove you mean business??!

 

hp is pretty decent for customer support. All the times ive called i spoke with Americans that were all helpful.

 

dell used to have the best customer service in the industry. for real, i remember giving a 15 minutepresentation on dell to my business 301 class on why they were so sucessful. Cust. Serv was like #1. Sounds like they have really let themselves go in the past 4 years.

 

Once a company gets so big they dont have to give a rats *** about customers. They'll keep buying from them and if something does happen the gov will bail them out with the invisible money stash we have hiding under a HUGE invisible mattress.


The cpu is usually the only non-generic pc hardware in their systems.

 

dell customer service is below ****...I called it once and I will never call it again. I have had dell's there not bad, but I would not ever pay $1k for one....you can build a comp alot cheaper than you think and have alot better system.

I wish i could afford those $500 vid cards...but I would cry a year later when they are selling for $100 and the next big bad vid card is out.....I have some top of the line vid cards and they are amazing....but I dont think I could ever dish out that much dough for one.
