I Hate Dell!

I Hate Dell!
Here is an email I sent to Dell after two phone calls, five "customer care" jagoffs, and a combinedhour on hold:
To whom it may concern,
I have spent over an hour on the telephone trying to get somebody...anybody...anything to help me. I was hung up on after the first 20 minutes of holding, then during the 2nd call I spoke to a total of five people, all of whom could not speak proper English nor get me to the proper individual to unlock my account online. Apparently I am locked out for 24 hours for no apparent reason. The last person, Maria, gave me a direct phone number and an extension after transfering me...the extension was no longer in service. You have got to be kidding me right? Isn't this a bad economy? Don't you want my money? Do you hire such terrible help because they save you money? Bad customer service will affect your sales, I promise. I would almost rather chop off my own foot than make a purchase from you, but I have very few options. Simple question...do you want my money? If so, maybe someone could find the time to email me back. I have a three thousand dollar credit limit and part of that is for you. Hello? Anyone?

Unreal Voodo
They either are as busy as **** or the setup their must be lame?? .... not good in either case for new customers..
Dell here in Aust is pretty good mate ...
Even the support here is pretty good..
I have been using a Dell for about 2 years now as my main PC...they are quite good as far as a good solid work horse PC goes mate..
hope you have some luck with them..... if you persist ?

Why I build my own lol.
Why I build my own lol.
but...
In Aus I can buy P/C's with more power and better parts cheaper from the Computer markets that I can buy parts and build them, so I have not bothered for years now
I still do put smaller P/Cs together out of scrap parts for peeps that are on a no dollar budget
BTW...For anyone that is thinking of building there own.......a trained monkey could assemble a P/C .. so go for it...its not hard guys
Voodo?? may be you could have a go mate ?
