no he will not charge me up frunt but he will take 1/3 of what i get

 

The bike is jacked but where did he hit you? Looks like tire to tire cause I don't see any real impact area.

 

Don't worry about the 1/3 he gets, cause he will sue for much more then what there going to offer youto settle.

In any event, the OP should stop posting and I think his lawyer may say the same thing.

As to the Article, how does a witness say that it looked like he was pulling over the bike? If he was doing the he wouldn't have hit him that hard. I just hope the OP wasn't moving from right lane to left right before the turn. The cop did not forget as I'm sure he well knows if he had his lights on. He may not have remembered the crash, but if he really did have hislights on, he would have remembered what he did before the crash, or perhaps PD voice tapes will prove what he may have been responding to. In this case I think the eyewitness is mistaken. Too many things don't make sense, but at least when on a cycle there is no radio or windows to keep you from hearing the sirens.

 

you said you heard sirens before you got hit? was he pulling you over or trying to get past you? maybe he expected you to pull over to the right and so he went to your left not expecting you to make a left?...

 

 

no i didnt. i didnt hear the siren untill after every thing stoped moving.(the witness sed the same thing) i had no idea he was even there
